Staffing & Deployment

Staffing & Deployment describes how HR teams need to staff schools for their individual needs and to ensure equity.  This section provides both a description of what differentiated services look like as well as support for equitable distribution.

Before we joined the USHCA, we often opened schools with dozens of vacancies. Then, we focused on alternative pipelines and early hiring, and last year we opened schools with NO vacancies.
