Key Work

The Key Work consists of an Assess, Breakthrough, and Change (ABC) Tool for both teachers and principals to define the key, strategic work of HR departments and ways to evaluate and improve progress along the way. This section explains the ABC Tools and details what principals and principal supervisors should expect from an HR department.
