Filters for Decision-Making

Filters for Decision-making is a tool to guide a decision-making process for which functions/ tasks/ activities teams need to stop, which new functions and tasks  need to be started, and which current functions and tasks need to continue, as part of the transition from compliance-driven to strategic-driven.  HR Teams can utilize these filters as they consider all aspects of their work and their strategic impact to the district.
